Nick Williams

Nick started out playing guitar at age twelve. He spent a lot of time traveling the east coast watching and studying bands, all throughout high school playing in one of his own.

After graduating high school, Nick continued playing in multiple bands, while studying music for a brief time at the Curtis Institute of Philadelphia. He began intense study of classical music, with a strong focus on the baroque period. Nick then began taking private violin lessons from an instructor that was trained by a close associate of Samuel Barber. Nick advanced his playing to the level of being able to perform with the Temple University Symphony Orchestra.

Continuing to play guitar full time in a band based out of Trenton, Nick toured up and down the east coast helping to build the North Jersey hardcore scene. He has played at Punk Island (NY), shared stages with DRI, Doyle (The Misfits), Murphy's Law, Northern, and Aggravated Assault, opened for Hatebreed, Full Blown Chaos, and Crow Mags. Nick has also filled in for members of Sworn Enemy and Harms Way. During this time, Nick has spent a lot of time in Philadelphia and New York recording studios, learning from masters of the craft.

Nick is a huge music lover: all types of music. He is always willing to help other musicians and music lovers, looking to collaborate or create something new.

Fast Kill Records was founded in 2008 with hopes of sharing our love for music with all. Fast forward to now, Nick is still serving as company executive vice president, in-house producer, and recording/mix/mastering engineer.
